I kind of agree that prices may come down a bit in N P Q and i ll definitely be waiting for an opportunity to pick something @80 odd but will have to wait and see :slight_smile:

I think it's not artificial hike.Prices will rise further because P and Q at height location and well developed if you compare with N or L.

I think second jump is expected on signal free expressway.

Some food for thought.. I 8 600 Yards plot around 6 crore. After signal free expressway DHA will be 20 minutes away from I 8.

Present prices for DHA 2 between 1 crore to 2 crore.Who says these prices will come down...

The next big jump is expected within couple of months once the possession of Sector P and Q will be announced. After that small jumps are expected until the completion of Islamabad expressway expansion. Then the biggest jump may come when the Islamabad expressway expansion will get completed. Also if Metro bus/train project will get started then this will help too in rising the price.

Dear Aizaz. Only 18 days ago Masterinvest saheb in the same forum revealed that 3 houses are being built in sector Q of phase 2. This means that DHA has started giving possession to the plot owners with the permission to build their houses. If Prices of sectors A to J and K sectors have not come down then the same strategy will follow in sectors P and Q. Ahmed saheb if you really want to invest at this time for quick benefits do some quick plot hunting and I suggest that you buy a 10 marla plot in any sector of phase 2 for upto 50 lacs price.

If small jumps are being made periodically till expressway completes then what will be that big jump after completion based on?

Small jumps will occur as the Islamabad Expressway expansion will continue to move towards Rawat. Whereas the completion of the works will boost the confidense of the end users.

Also I am not sure that if the posession has been given to all in Q Sector. Once the majority will get the posession on the already developed land then the price will go up atleast by 10 lac per 1 kanal.

I had a 10 Marla plot in sector “N"3rd ave. Now reallocated to sector” P"…is this better or not…any comments.

Moreover…this is just for information that my friend has recently bought 10Marla plot in sector" L" in 6.4 million. …

Dear Azhar, do you know the reason for reallocation? and what is the new location?

I bought the plot in sector E in 2007....it was relocatedone due to construction of dha express ....in 2012.

Now they have again really realloted in sector P......st. 54

I was caught in the same situation, and was reallocated to P sector as well.

Sector P is much much better than N.

I think u should be thankful to DHA for getting u out of N.

Sector P is height location, and is under development at a much faster rate than N.

Terrain of N is very bad.

Moreover, right now the prices in P are at peak.

I suggest this is the right time to sale it and shift your investment to some other place.

However, u may also keep it for long if u like.

Yes it's true P is much better than N because of good location that why price is more than N.

I think prices will more rise once signal free expressway complete and metro train project will start so still juice is there.

Everybody says the prices are improving in sector P but no figures are given.I am very curious about prices in P because I have a plot on street 6A backing on to 4th Avenue. 3 months ago somebody told me its worth is 78 lacs, 2 weeks ago another person told me the price range is 90 lacs - 1 crore. I think street 6A is 60 feet wide and this is the reason it is going close to a crore. I am so confused to sell it or wait until the signal free express way is complete.
