I will not recommend you to go for an apartment in any of the high rise since the apartment culture is not so flourished here yet. Yes if we were in Karachi, i would have definitely advised you to go for that.

Dha valley homes are the sort of high risk high return investment.

Decision determinant in your case would the holding period and the purpose for which you want to do the investment.

Prices had to stop somewhere. If they kept increasing indefinitely, they would cross CDA sector prices. For a moment in 2015 it seemed that this is what would happen to DHA-2. But not possible.

Any way substantial jumps can be expected when work on Islamabad Highway will near completion.
