Phase 4 is more on the Pindi side but prospects are decent.

DHA Phase 2 prices have also stagnated for the last few months. Last year was maximum gain for DHA 2. So in my view it is once again ripe for investment if you purchase strategically. I generally prefer to buy where prices have gained some stability and another upswing is possible. At such a time there are more sellers and fewer buyers in the market. So you can choose a location of your choice and good-height plot.

Brothers, for commercial I would recommend MB Commercial of Ghurair Giga in DHA-2. Also please explore L block mini commercial. It is in deep area but cheap for investment - I think around 1 to 1.5 crore for 4 marla (but kindly check current market price).

For residential I would recommend Sectors K, L and M. But dont buy cutting plots.

What is meant by cutting plot?

Irregular shaped plots. These are cheaper, sometimes there is extra land in them but they are hard to sell. Also, they might be on the bed of a former stream/naala.

10 Marla in dha 2 in p or n or q prices please and best series or location for good purchase?

A family friend just bought a 1 kanal plot in street 2 sector H for 120, that street is near to boundary I guess but are the prices this low for these sort of plots?

Can anyone shed some light on status / current prices of "certificates" for DHA phase 2 Ext. And future propects for such certificates. This one has a number and a village name on it but no sector.

@AL RANA..Sir not every commercial project is recommended..But there are some which are very lucrative. Don't even think of L block mini commercials are they are just useless to invest because of its terrain. Commercial is the game of how much budget you have within your pockets as pockets should be deep for a good commercial project.

I want one single investment out of 3 coices i have an eye on.

1- 10 marla plot in N/P/Q DHA2, can you give some rough idea of good location plots rates 10 Marla in p/n/q blocks and their future prospects for next 2-3 years sir?

2- OR i am also thinking of 2 bed ground flat in some low rise( 2-3 stories in dha 2 , so need advice as which one is best( dha residency or ghurair gigas).

3- DHA VALLEY 8 MARLA CORNER HOUSE .
