Why 10 marla price is close to canal
Raja saheb. It is really strange. I am following sector P closely where 10 marla is now between 60 and 70 lacs but i kanal is between 98 lacs and 1.10 crores.Can any expert has any idea why it is like this. I mean price of 10 marla plots should be between 55% and 60% of 1 kanal plot of similar nature.

It is now DHA 5. Prices are 1 kanal 1 crore to 1.6 crore. 10 Marla is for 67 lakhs to 1 crore.

Ace Academy is Malik Riaz school in BT. Near DHA.
Ace A-level is not so good. Roots is better.

This DHA Islamabad announcement does not show any date. Does anybody know when this announcement was made because DHA Islamabad wants to finish all transfers within 6 months?
Is it not the extra work and 5000 rupees fee extra for each member and also lot of work for their Transfer Department?

Very recent Announcement.
Sir how recent?
The 6-month period has not yet started. It will start when DHA starts issuing replacement allotment letters. This will start in Mid December. So far they are finishing town planning for new Sector names/letters.
In Mid December, you have to go to Transfer & Record Branch of DHA office in person and take original allotment letter with you. You will surrender the orginal transfer letter than then within 7 days they will issue new allotment letter.
