As part of DHA-2, the tax on sale purchase transaction was much higher. Now with re-phasing K-Q sectors to DHA-5, this is no longer treated as developed area so tax percentage on transactions is lower. This has been done to encourage sale-purchase transactions also enabling genuine house builders to come in and start construction. This will boost prices insha-Allah.

You can send your original allocation letter by courier and they’ll send you the replacement letter to your address against a fee. Details are on their website.

Dha 2 will definitely lead for the next half decade.After that, both will have tough competition with each other.

Haroon sb…Sir you got it right…The operational markets, clubs, coupled with the mc donalds approaching on round about and wtc being operational with almost every brand having its presence along with a new lot of officers moving to the askaris being established in dha 2 make dha 2 well ahead of phase 5.Plus the interest of builders and genuine home seekers will keep it on the priority list of the buyers till the time a new lot of retired army officers of various ranks start moving towards phase 5.

However, increase in trading activities in DHA 5 comparing DHA 2 due to anticipated low tax charges etc, coupled with construction of signal free corridor at some later stage, Insha Allah should make ‘price progress’ relatively better in DHA 5 than DHA 2, in coming years :slight_smile: Is my understanding correct? Sectors K-Q of DHA/2 and Emaar are now one and the same phase 5 of DHA. This will increase prestige of this phase I believe. Emaar is a world brand, this area will have top notch facilities and commercial brands. It is on main DHA expressway.

What are rates of cornor plot 1 kanal in P sector

Saadi bhai can you tell the current rates of good 1 kanal plots in DHA 2 A-J and K-Q?

You can now ask for price of good 1 kanal in DHA-2 and in DHA-5.

I think in DHA-2 price is between 1.6 and 2 crores whereas in DHA-5 it is between 1 and 1.6 crore.

But where will price increase more? If gap will narrow then better to invest in Phase 5?

Arshad sir..For dha 2 A to J, price is 125 to 240 approx whereas prices in phase 5 are 95 to 150 lacs to be exact....
