Yes only Sectors have changed from K,L,M… To A,B,C…
I have my old number and changed number, when i try to fit it on the existing map it does not fit. May be there are few pockets in which they reallocate the plots. I am talking about Sector F (old P). We need a new map, if somebody can have draft of it. Senior members like Pakistan-1 or Saadi shb may help in this regard.
I haven’t seen a copy of the new map. Yes may be Saadi can provide it.

Any body has the news when possession for Q and P block is expected.
what is general recomendation to hold a Kanal plot in Q block, or should i sell it and invest somewhere else.

Your question was for the Gurus which I am not but because nobody has come forward with any information I am trying to understand the situation with you. In my opinion no one can get possession in any sector now until the Master map of Phase V is ready. Which is not and no one from DHA Islamabad has come forward to announce its completion date. I wish that they respect the sentiments of the plot owners and announce the Master map release and possession of plots dates it near future.

Officials of DHA Islamabad office are saying plots and streets will retain the old numbering while sector letters have changed.

Master Investor I did not ask them about possession in non possession areas of Phase 5 but I’ve heard it will not take long. They have the land. So I think it is better to keep it for now - at least until the next jump in this area which is due inshaAllah.

We have been hearing the news of possession in this area for last 3 years now. Actually most in fact all of the plots in this area belongs to civilians. Do not expect them to work on this on high priority.

Agreed - when i purchased the plot, 2 years ago, i was told possession would be granted in 3 months time period.
In fact 3 plots away from my plot, a house construction also started (which was abandoned later).

These days prices are not so good in sector P though development is going at good pace.

Sector P is being shared by two blocks. First block is K,L,M,N,P Block and second block is P&Q Block. What block are you talking about for sector P and what is the approx. Price of a one kanal plot in the sector?

I got a Map for Sector P, though not sure about the authenticity as this map is lacking DHA stamp on it. However, the plots advertised on zameen seems according to this map. Sector P is renamed as sector F, i wonder why still we are using the ‘P’.
