@ahdi and other, what is current price of 1 kanal plot in non possession area of block P? Is it still a good investment for future?
Dear AKH, recently somebody offered me a 10 Marla good location plot priced between 68-73 lakh. That means one kanal good location plot touches 9.5 million, may be someother member provides a better estimate.
The current price range starts from 95 onwards.and a relatively good location plot is 100.
And is it still a good investment for future?
On my visit 2 weeks ago…dozens of machinery is working at sector P (old map area)…some streets are also visible (not carpeted)…a green area is also developed (looks like a semi developed park)…I have also seen a house structure at the new/developed sector P area near to the railway line.

A HADI saheb,Thanks for the map. If it is a DHAI phase V map then it is not complete. I had a plot in Sector P Street 6A. The new plot given to me is in Phase v Sector G and street number is 9. I could not locate my plot in this map. This map may be is for sector F of Phase V only. I still need the map of phase V sector G if available with somebody.

Dear Anees shb, unfortunately i do not have the G sector Map. Last Sunday i visited phase 5, street signs for initial blocks (e.g. Sector K renamed as A) has been changed, but not for sector (old) P. The sign for street 6A was there unchanged. May be changed on later stages. No idea why DHA is so secretive in releasing official map.
