Any update on Phase 5?
I visited DHA Phase 5 last weekend; development of central commercial has started. 3 Plazas are under construction.
Disputed area of central mosque / hospital has been freed. Around 50 houses already constructed in Sector A.
Property dealer told me that construction of underpass connecting DHA Phase 2 and Phase 5 will start after Ramadan and will be completed within 2 months.
That will make expedite the construction in Phase 5 and will positively impact the prices.
Wao, that is a good news for plot holders in DHA5. Prices will.also go higher and also DHA5 will be able to avail all facilities of DHA2

Is there any positive impact in phase 5 prices after the elections are done peacefully. Any idea?

Brothers, I visited DHAI Phase 5 during Eid holidays and situation is worst to say the least. They have stopped development in F block altogether and situation of other blocks (A to D) was really bad. I was shocked to see all that and decided to discuss the situation with couple of property dealers, both of them were of the view that DHa will not be concentrating on this phase for next 3-4 years and its the best time to re-invest in some other society.

Is there any progress on the DHA expressway dispute just before sector-C and also about the underpass between DHAI-2 and DHAI-5 as that could change the factual situation here.
Underpass connection is not happening soon. Ultimately, yes they will make it inshaAllah.

No update, secondly unfortunately Islamabad signal free project has been shelved as well. I hope things get better in near future. I for one, have most of my life savings invested there

I heard the work in sector D and onwards of DHAI-5 is in full swing but I am not sure on the prices being raised or lowered.
Any idea about sector D 1 kanal price in general?
