Can someone help me and tell about the development work progress in sector-D of DHA-5?
I visited sector D in DHA 5 during January 2019 and hen in July end (yesterday) 2019.
1- DHA Expressway road side is now open to go inside DHA5. The disputed land piece on main road seems to be resolved; all the blockege has been removed. I easily went straight to sector D from road.
2- DHA5 sector D streets 10,12,13 are demarcated with plot boundaries the way DHA does in all its sectors. Kachi roads made in these streets. Demarcations in pending streets are being done.
Yes slow pace development is going on but the prices are stuck for some 3 years now.
I have recently seen Askari 16 flats grey structures ready to full height in DHA-5; which may be filled in next 18-24 months.
This will give a boom to DHA-5 prices and people constructing more homes in that area.
Big News:-
DHA-Isb has sent notification to members that Possession is ready for DHA Phase 5, Sectors, A, B, C, G & H. And have requested to start construction of house in these sectors.
Its hood news for owners of these sectors .Now D and F are remaining for which a year time will be required before possession.

Dears, Salam Alaikum, I have my own beautiful brand new house at heighted location in DHA Phase 5 B block on double road (5th Avenue) for sale.
It was built for my own. 5 Beds with attached baths. Wood, Tiles, Aluminum, bricks everything is used A class as anyone for their own house will use.

Things look moving with a good pace in DHAI-5.
DHA main website dhai-r.com.pk has been redirected to dhai.org with a new look and feel.
DHA has updated their master plan with new map which includes sector E and sector D new layouts. I have witnessed Sector-D development going 100% as per the layout given.
Sector-E seems to be the location where Askari-16 flats have been constructed...But I am not sure about this.
Anyone got idea of upcoming/planned amenities in DHAI-5?
Are the Askari flats in DHA Phase 5 already constructed?
Can anyone help explain the charges for one kanal plot in Phase 5 A sector as DHA notice says that take possession and charges will be applicable for non development etc. Any idea what are generally those charges for one year
Yes, Askari-16 flats grey structure is constructed already that you can see while entering DHA Expressway towards phase-5 DHA.
I see the DHAI website is new and the charges page is empty as of now; but you should get it on https://dhai.org/revised-charges once they upload the page.
What is the average price in sector C
@Rizwan, I think prices of 1 kanal plot in sector C should be somewhere between 1.3 to 1.6 crores depending on location.
Experts can confirm better.

Post DHAI-5 notice to plot owners in sectors A,B,C, G and H to pay dues for their plots which are ready for possession, when is the crowd expected to construct more and more houses in DHA-5 Islamabad?
Secondly, what is your expert view on DHA-3 Vs DHA-5 in terms of living and facilities right now; where one should prefer constructing home?
Phase 3 Ex- Serene city has approach to GT road go for 5.33 marla plot in Sector A.roughly 3 km far from GT road and possessioned area.Zammen ACE homes have launched some 47 houses in Sector A and B.
Phase 5 is very scenic and Dha expressway connection to Islamabad highway . Price are almost same here as well .
