DHA Phase FIVE Islamabad

@Siddiqui sb, what is the price of one kanal or 10 marla in Phase-3 and direct approach distance from GT Road to the area where 10 marlas and one kanals exsit?

Any idea when DHA Expressway kacha patch is going to be built?

Thanks for the links. The sector F map is showing street 37 but not 37a. I think DHA is still working on it. The reason I am saying this that they have recently re-located my plot from sector G street 9 to sector F street 37a. Waiting for the updated map.

Poor info provided by Islo people.i keep asking about other phase around Dha ph 2 when i visited sector D and jacranda. I wanted to buy plot in surrounding but now its gone all those undeveloped blocks now called dha phase 5 and prices are 4,5 times higher.

Dha phase 5 all Sectors A B C G H are already possession .Sector D & F where development is under progress will be handed over by next year as development work is ongoing.

Possession sectors prices starts from 120 cr onwards where in D & F prices are in range from 110 to 125 cr .

@ and yes in last 3 years prices have escalated. These kanal plots were at 40- 45 lakhs then. Now even 10 marla cost above 70 lakhs.

Very sad indeed i missed this oppurtunity.

Kindly add up in my info the Dha ph 2 extension K,M,N,P blocks are now called Dha phase 5 and blocks name also changed ??

@Asad, It's more than 2 years now that Old DHA Phase-2 Extension K,L,M,N,P,Q blocks are named as DHA Phase-5 A,B,C,D,F,G blocks.

Now, there is a portion after block G which is still being called as Phase-2 extension but soon it will be renamed as DHA Phase-6. And I think file prices in that area are still reasonable.

The KLMNPQ sectors were never phase 2 Extension .They were renamed as ABCDFGH with new new phase 5 due to book value and taxation issue.

Dha phase 2 extension is located across the railway track and it will take many years yet to be liveable.

Except for Sector D & F rest of phase 5 sectors are possessioned and construction activities are ongoing.

My suggestion would be to avoid to phase 2 extension and valley and go for plot in either phase 3 and phase 5 only.

Just read valuable comments from expert, could somebody guide that the land for phase 2 extension is acquired fully or not and which sectors files are safe to buy for future investment.

Phase 3 sector A is 3 km from GT road and possession already there are 5.33 marla plots available.

Can any brother update us on the development status of Sector F? Also the price range of 1 Kanal plot these days? Is there any activity going on this sector?

It is really difficult for people like us living abroad to get any updates.

@AKH development is ongoing.

@AKH, Sectors A,B,C,G and H of DHAI-5 are already announced ready for possession on July 10 as per DHA notice.

Sectors D and F are under development and I think somewhere by mid next year, these should also be announced ready. I visited the location 2 months before and I think development status of sector-F is better than sector D.

Visited Sector F development going on at good pace .require approximately 2 years to complete the entire sector. This is sector which is the largest in phase 5 .Askari apartment towers are also towards completion in sector F plus numerous real estate offices already functional and planned Islamabad office in this sector as well.Worthy for both living & ROI.

All other sectors are announced ready for construction by DHAI. If sector D and F are put on slow paced development for another 2 years, its not a good sign. In my opinion, these both should be ready by Q3-2020 max.
