Land in sector F is yet to accquire near Zafar Iqbal avenue and Akram Raja blvd then these mountain will be trimmed and basic infrastructure will be laid .the 2 year estimated time period is given by Dha town planning department subject to availability of funds to purchase land and development resources.
Did anyone get a chance to visit DHA-5 in recent days who could give updates on following:
1. If the kacha patch on DHA Expressway is fixed or not?
2. Progression of work in Sector D & F, as these two sectors weren't ready for possession until July last year.
The kacha patch is yet to be carpeted.
However, development work or sector H completed and possession has been granted. Many houses are under construction

I assume there could be impacted low point areas of Sector-A (old K) which are near Sawan River; areas on height should be fine though.

In my opinion, it’s better than C block as per direct entrance from DHA expressway and also there are many plots there at decent height location.
Per my last call to DHA Mgmt, it’s all developed, and people have already applied for possession. As soon as construction work in any work is approved, they shall give temporary arrangement of water n electricity and meanwhile they will make permanent arrangement in one year time.
Experts, need opinion on profitability of investment in Phase 5 (DHA Isb) Block K. 1 Kanal is being offered at ~1.45cr through 3 year installments; main concern is proximity to railway track at back. Any advice or opinion if this is a good investment?
Its a chance you have to take if you are successful in the ballot but also I feel 1.45 crore for undeveloped plot with alot of location uncertainities is not a small amount!
