Need expert views of the property gurus here about dha prism lahore if they expect the prices to go down. My sense is that market correction is due and there is no upside for the next 2-3 years. Please give your reasons if you agree or disagree. Thank you!!
@ Kashkhan…SIr i see that correction is due and even if the prices do not comes down, then no increase in the near future and as this phase will take time to justify its present price tag…That’s solely my view, i may be wrong.
A plot which is only in air worths 1 crore+ (with development charges) ....
& It will be in air for another 7-8 years (minimum) ...

Even CMY has predicted that correction will happen very soon in PRISM
People have been saying that for the last 6 months now, prices have only become stagnant but haven’t gone down.
DHA has issued Prism development charges letter slowly to avoid market collapse ... The strategy has worked for time being ...
But tell me ... How many people have holding power of 6-7 years ?
Every single investor in Lahore is hunting for good deals in Prism. The prices are going to go up up and up. =)
DHA prism has emerged as the top location to invest in Lahore right now. With this status (which is expected to remain till next 5 years at leas), it is hard to imagine the prices going down when the prices of all other schemes in Lahore are increasing.
It seems that that there senior group members believe that the prices will go down or remain stagnant for next few years whereas the 'beginners' in the group feel that there is still potential to invest.

I don’t think the prices will rise but I do think they’ll remain stagnant for a while and if it sees any correction, it won’t be anything major.
