I am going to buy a file in DHA which is not yet announced that it will be part of Rahbar or DHA 11 the location is:

The file is for 15 Marla plot and price is around 16 lac could someone guide me if this is a good investment.

Yes it is a good investment, if the plot will be a part of DHA Rahber. That's my opinion about your investment. You may ask some other experts as well.
