Dha valley 5 marla house.

What is the current price for a booked, all installments paid 5 marla house in dha valley.
I believe the plots are already on the go and there are profits offered against an open share certificates.
I hope same goes for the houses as well .
Please offer me some premimums for disposal of the house.

DHA Homes are good investment, but I heard they are holding possession yet as about 20% development is still remaining hence why they are holding on until next summer. Unsure whether this rumour is true. I think the going rate is around 20 lakhs or so for 5 marla, but prices may have increased due to this rawat rumour so unsure of exact current going rate.

Plots prices are also taking a lead in DHA valley now a days, all the plots are on profit now which were being sold on loss before a month.

When these DHA house is handed over next year, will it be ready to live. Are there facilities like water, gas available. And whats the status about access road to there.

Water and Electricity will be provided but i don’t think gas will be given, there is an overall ban currently.

And what do u think when can these homes become livable. Are there access roads currently to it.

I assume there is some confusion here. I am talking about a 5 Marla house in DHA Valley vicinity among the Plot Blocks like sunflower, Lilly , Eglentine whatever etc. Houses with DYI Numbers. The one I am talking about is in BLock B, 530 somthing number, Allotted around 25 lac out of which 23.30 lac has already been paid. If the plots have OONN prices these houses ought to have same effect. The price coded here above in this thread of 20 lac something By Sheikh Abdul whoever does not seem to be correct. Plz reconsider and let me know the exact and precise worth and not an idea or assumption here. Thanks anyway
