All the senior members,

What is the current situation of plot prices in DHA Valley in Eglantine Block? I am getting 8 Marla (general) plot from a friend in this block on a profit of 4 lac with all dues clear. I am thinking of buying it and holding it for 2, 3 years. Waiting for feedback from all the members.
