According to news in jang newspaper dated 28 aug 2015, supreme court announced his verdict in the favor of daducha dam and further mentioned that there will be no dha valley on the proposed dam site.

Atleast now investors will be clear about the future of the area…
Which blocks are going to impact?
A dam usually covers a lot of area for its catchment and lake…The whole project will have to be reviewed…
Its better for bahria and dha to refund triple the paid amount on all files,and forget about it,as it will take donkey years for any new sites
The plots can always get relocated even though it would take a lot of time. I think the biggest problem is with DHA homes. They are located right in the middle of the proposed pond area, infact they were built there with the sole purpose of quickly occupying this land before any dam gets built. DHA homes are definitely in trouble.
Awais sb, DHA Homes are away from DAM area(see the map)... They are in back blocks Lilly and Olenader that has nothing to do with DAM... They are at much safer palace...
Dam will impact front blocks may be Blue Bell as well...
At this time, Lilly, Oleander, Homes and Sunflower seems to be good investment..
The situation wil further get confused…

What about the people who got plots in installments from their hard earned money? Should they forget that money and leave it to those who looted them? Since the balloting bluebell is looking on top and now some people are saying that bluebell will be affected?
Nothing has happened good in this project since its beginning and main problem is that it is a low cost scheme and that's why all this is happening.
If this is dam site then the people who started this project on dam site should also be made answerable.
Main problem is MR,he never intended to get this project materialized,and m sure this new hearing in SC which has halted further progress of valley has some of his crooks behind,he recently started table talk n valley with promise of deliverance whereas he was sleeping for the last 10 years,just to faceoff the criticism,and in the mean time blame has been transferred to SC,and he has come out clean with a genuine excuse of further non deliverance,after all he z ZARDARIZ MATE,

I called some property dealers but surprisingly there is no impact of this verdict on the DHA valley prices. It is still in profit and profit is same as before this decision. According to them, it is a small dam and maximum impact of this might be shifting of some blocks.
The bigger question is , where the axe will fell now ,on BAHRIA or DHA or INVESTORS.???

Market forces will never let the prices to have a free fall. Reason they are hoarding huge stocks,and were caught off guard with sudden SC intervention and had already planned to exaggerate the prices till December to cash on maliks statement,now they cant sell huge stocks in loss,so will gradually lower the market,and get their investors bailed.dam is small or big and its significance and future impact are all stories in the air at this moment,and dealers dont have a head to go into technicalities before deciding the prices,rather speculations,which most of the time backfire at some point
