Through some sources i heard about dha valley. Need your openion about investing.
Dha valley was on minus 3 lac but now rates r improved there and current rates from minus 50 to plus 50 in different blocks

You are right, the prices are now on positive side, but still uncertainty prevails in the market, because no one know about the reason behind this increase in prices. Lets wait and see.

Sir i will not recommend u to go for valley because there are 67000 people who are to be alloted plots but only 10 thousand plots are available to be allotted so i personally think investing in valley is just like gambling.May be u get some profit or may be u lose some amount.Now a days it is going in profit.
I agree with your point mr. Saadi, there is a huge amount of risk involved, so it is exactly like gambling, you may get good return but the chances of loss are also there. Thanks
