Which housing communities in islamabad/pindi offer discounts to overseas pakistanis?
At the moment there is no society offering discount only to Overseas customers.
Capital Smart City, currently giving 5% discount to all public if they book the villa / / plot by paying 50% amount and they are offering 10% discount on the full payment.
I was doing some research over the weekend and came across Taj Residencia who said they are offering discounts for overseas Pakistanis but wanted to confirm with any of you if its true.
Taj Residencia is giving dioscounts to overseas Customers almost 10% to 15%. Society is good with all good features and also near to the Airport and exactly opposite to I-14 & I-15.
