Mehr Apartments have been launched in Sector H-13 and the company has not mentioned about NOC from CDA in the advertisement, I have called them and they have replied that NOC is not required for non acquired CDA sectors. Can anybody on this forum comment on whether NOC from CDA is required or not?
If it is not under CDA, you don’t require any NOC from CDA as CDA is not concerned, you need to take NOC or permission from the person you buying land or any local authority who deals it can guide you better.
They may have NOC from either of these authorities, RDA or CAA.
H sectors are not for residence purpose… Its mentioned on cda website… Like there was a rumor few years bak abt H 18… H Sectors are strictly commercial.no wonder they cant get NOC.

Agreed with H-T sb…construction of such building in H sector makes it obvious that its status is not legal.H sector is only for educational institutes…
