There is a CDA advertisement inviting applications by the deadline of October 1 for balloting of plots in d-12 and e-12 (sizes 40x80, 50x90 and 60x90).
They are saying buy today and build today. In d-12 this is okay. But how can they offer possession to start construction in e-12 today? There are no signs of development so far.
- Does CDA intend to start development and complete it in a few months in E-12?
- Is this a misleading advertisement and if so why?
- What is the price range for plots in this balloting? Lower than market or higher than market?
