I need sincere opinion about purchasing a plot at Bahria Town Sector-E. Some people say that bt has not acquired the land until now and lda has some clash with bt for e-sector. What is the reality?I want to but 10m.Do you recommend? Is it safe investment for 3-4 years as i have limited hard earn money.Please please shed light aat this topic and guide me. Thanks in advance for you people.

But it is not the latest news and as per my knowledge is concerned, LDA did not raise any such concern against Bahria in the last two months. Moreover, i also talked to a property expert regarding this controversy; he told me that the matter has been resolved probably. Even then Khalid, i would recommend you to play a safe game. Why Don't you consider investing your hard earned money in DHA Lahore. It is comparatively safer than Bahria, yet promising for the investors. I have seen that prices are currently rising in phase 9 and investing for 3-4 years in phase 9 also meets your criteria. And on the allotment of possession, you will probably crystallize sizeable returns. Play safe and be safe
