Is it a good option to invest in e12? How long will it take to complete the development.
E-12 is one of the best options under CDA belt. Its development tender has been floated, the rates will definitely appreciate. You can never say when the development will start with the full swing or when it will be completed. But eventually it will rise and gives better ROI.
E-12 prices keep fluctuating, so your should invest when at bottom. Don't fall for dealer's "sabz bagh". Do your own research. This sector has been delayed for decades, so I would not keep high hopes for its development.

What is better option to buy a plot of 7 marla in around 50 to 70 lac?
You should expect long term gains for sure. CDA promises and commitments cannot be trusted at all but if you purchase something on attractive price you may sell it off in the wave when there will be noise of some development activities and may exit by getting some good returns in short term.
I have heard the map of sector E12 has changed. Can anyone shed some light on this.
