Crescent bay is in DHA Karachi and it is no hidden secret that the project was facing virtual sabotage from another major developer who considers Emaar to be its genuine qualitative competitor. Emaar Islamabad has been low profile because of availability of equally good or better options with much better prices and location.
In my personal opinion, crescent bay might start becoming a good option due to the overall thrust of rapid development in DHA schemes being demanded by the present leadership. Islamabad project will remain the same. Just my opinion.
Emaar is one of the best developers. A success story thru n thru in UAE. I dont understand why they couldnt make an impact in pak market.
By the way emaar khi former ceo is workin with our company now. Will ask him someday why did u leave it :)

Emaar was expected to create big impression on Pakistan real estate market. But unfortunately, it did not served well. Especially crescent bay is nothing but disappointment. It started long time ago and still very little on ground. Investors want progress and thats why no body thinks about Emaar in Pakistan.
