Emaar Pakistan has announced the launch of ‘limited inventory’ of 4 and 8-marla imperium commercial plots in Phase V of the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Islamabad.
These plots are available on a 2-year payment plan. Moreover, the price for a 4-marla commercial plot is set at PKR 2.37 crore, whereas an 8-marla commercial plot is available for PKR 4.73 crore.
