What is the current price trend for new and old houses in EME and Bahria Town Lahore. Are prices stable, increasing or decreasing and what will the trend in near future?

The price trend of housing industry is increasing rapidly in lahore over all. Especially in Bahria Town. Currently 1200 houses are under construction in Bahria town alone. Since population migration rate is rapidly increasing in lahore especially from gujranwala, sialkot, gujrat etc EME and Bahria town is becoming the future hub of Lahore.
Our own Company Bin Khalid Group is based in Bahria town and is currently investing heavily in housing industry here.
