Expert opinion on f-16, e-16-17 (cabinet div), and i-16

I want to buy a plot of amount 20 lac at maximum. This is for building a house in next 3 years time. Which sector is better option among my shortlisted sectors and at what time-- i mean should i buy now or may be wait and buy after elections?

You are investing this amount for 3 years plus for making your home nothing speciall will be happen after election. In above mentioned options for ready construction cabinet is better option. For long term investment f -16 is good. But as compared to f 16 cabinet is right now more secure due to ready possession.

Thanx ibrahim. How many years are in your mind when you say long term for f-16? If you please shed some loght on i-6 then it help me and fezle too who also put a question on i-16 in the answer of my questtion…

Dear i-16 is better option as compared to i 14 and i 15 but will prefer e 16 on it as e 16 is on main gt road. F-16/3 and f-16/4 is investment of 3 years.

What can i say as i also listen to syed ibrahim's advice too. I agree that e-16 is a better location at the moment.

In the future i-14; i-15 and i-16 will gain importance as their location is physically near the new airport and future projects will give it benefit. But i don't see any big change in the next 3 years when you have to build your house inshaallah.

I visited i-14 and i-16 recently. The plus point of i-14 is that it is near gt road, near islamabad and near pindi. You can drive straight to golra roundabout on kashmir highway in a few minutes and reach islamabad straight away without too much fuel cost. But in i-14 the land where plots are supposed to be on the map is not good. Some plots are very very deep, and i think it will be some time before it gets populated.

I-16 is a bit far compared to i-14 but the landscape and environment is much better. Most plots are better than i-14 and the environment of i-16 is pollution free.

Secondly, some people prefer cda sectors. Traditionally, cda sectors are considered better but nowadays things are changing because of weak financial situation of cda, political influence and irregularities. You can see the situation of roads even in developed sectors like g-14/4 and g-13. Property in these sectors is very expensive and out of reach for many people but when you drive your car there you have to take it for service.

Therefore, people prefer projects like bahria, dha, multi where the infrastructure and facilities are outclass.

Thank you pk1 your detailed note. I will soon visit f-16 and e-16. Lets see then what i conclude about these two. Despit low recommendations here about i-14 its prices are increasing these days as compared to i-16. May be its a temporary increase… However, prices in i-16 are relatively reasonable. Perhapes this is because it is farther away and secondly it is next to the undeveloped sector i-15.
