I need expert opinions on nargis block (bahria town). Whether its good/better/best time to buy a plot there at the moment, as the prices got jump of about 8-10 lakhs/10 marla within last 2 months (i.E from 22-25 lakhs to 30-35 lakhs per 10 marlas). Please guide me with your suggestions.

The rule of property investment is to sell when the rates go up and make a purchase when value goes down. I don't think right now is the best time to purchase plot in Bahria Town Nargis Block, you must consider other sectors. For clearer guidance, you can talk to some estate agent on Zameen.com who deals specifically in Bahria Town and has better understanding of how things are there right now.

@ Aamir Mughal, i prefer you to buy there immediately in 2 months a million added to the grand total, let me show the video bro, there are many rumors that Golf City is going to be launched soon which is just at the brink of Nargis Block.. The price stayed stable for long but now it is raising & will raise.

Ok, so its 1 yes and 1 no at the moment and i am still confused, anyone else with opinions.
I would go with samra. I am not a real-estate expert by any stretch of imagination but on fundamental level, real-estate works much like stock market where you sell when you are high and buy when the value is low. People do otherwise and many loose.
