I want to buy a plot in karachi in the jurisdiction cantonment board malir, they have confirmed that there is no legal issue in buying plot in that particular society except their layout plan which is expired since 2013, in that particular case should i go for investment? If i go for this opportunity will it affect my investment negatively in future if the layout plan will not be approved in future. Your expert advice is required.
