What is the prospect of F-16. Anybody has the idea as to how soon it's development would start?

JKCHS announced that they will start development up-till DEC 2012 but its very tough to begin before Dec 2012 as there machinery is already engaged in F-15/2 so it will take one year minimum for start.
If they started within one year then prices will shoot in F-16 as already in G-15 and F-15 prices are very high in G-15 600 sq yards plot price is around 65 to 75 lac. In F-15 it's around 65 lac but in F-16/4 prices are not more 25 lac so it totally depends on development work if they started work there within one year then it will be a good profit however delay of development work will definitely effect on prices of F-16.
