Since Monday prices are increasing on a daily basis. I don’t think this sector now depends on airport. There are rumours re tarnol flyover, prices in nearby CDA sectors are soaring and rupee devaluation is contributing apparently. Is it good time to buy in F-17?
No but you hit the nail on the head. In most big brand sectors the devaluation of pkr has influenced the price hike in most places in Islamabad and even cost of living has gone out of the roof as a result. I think prices will correct themselves next year.
Dear Ali, I am also thinking the same, because, prices in B-17 and F-17 are increasing on daily basis, I guess now it's Zone 2's time to rock. Let's see.
