What is status of F-7 T&T? Should we invest there or not. Please advise..
Jafar sb, T&T is good for investment but find plot from direct allottee and where land is clear, because some land is not clear and they have case in court with multti. Will be clear but some time is needed.

I think this is not good for investment as society is not good .even after development difference between multi and t&t will be same as bahria and pwd
Off course multti is good and has big money. But i think in limited sources and this will be good society because T&T is occupying front area of Fateh jang road and T&T has a new entrance. Therefore u can use both of them. For consultancy they hired "DESIGN MEN" , DM has a good reputation overall.
I am doing sale purchase in T&T for the last 8 months and the prices never went down. The recent boom in prices is due to the development work going on there. Main double road and most of the streets close to it have been done. As far as i know they are giving possession in this month or next.
Kaleem sb, kindly can u told us that What is the current prices going on for 40x80, 35x70 and 30x60.
I have idea but not sure about the prices. Only rumors like, 35x70 is 23 to 25 lac

don't you its risk and chances of fraud. As there are still black sheeps in T&T society and they not interested to develop it and hand over to alloties.
Khan ji it all depends on the location of plot. 35x70 range is from 22 to 25 lac. Kanal from 30 to 45, 30x60 from 17 to 19. About 40x80 i dont have any idea. Note those prices are for all dues clear plots. KHU DA 100% CONFIRM NA DE

Jafar sb, i have personally visited site and met the T&T management. The development on the peak. They are giving possession in the month. (good news is that WASHMA center construction has been started and all the shop and flates are sold in a month) they are starting Makkah Center in 2 to 3 months.

i cant say any thing about the fraud but, one thing which i have seen that for the last 7 to 8 month since i know t&t the prices never went down. IN next month they have to give possession. In property nothing is 100% certain. But we all know that some society have bad reputation.
I bought a 35x70 today for 21 lacs and sold an other one for 22 lacs. All dues clear
But in my little knowledge previous management were fraud, and new management has a good reputation. If there is some thing wrong or fraud then why they are started development and spent that much money.
I want to Buy a plot in F-17 T&t. I want a plot on clear\undisputed area and corner plot. Any one selling please
