All those brother who are interested to buy plots in T&T, make sure you are buying a plot which is already acquired by society. As there are still areas in T&T where society has to buy land from landlords there.
If i buy plot in that area which is not yet acquired by society. Is it reliable for me for future?
CZ i have come to now through reliable sources that it will increase rapidly in coming months

I personally will not recommend that. But if you want to take risk, then go for it. As it is said big risk will get u big reward or loss. Choice is all urs. But more that 75% land is already acquired by T&T.

that rest of 25% land when will be acquired. Is there any issue of land with some one. Any chances of clearance in near future.
Society says that thay have done bayana to many amoung those 25%. But they were not able to give any specific time for that. But even then some area will be left . So be aware before buying a plot.
It will clear in near future.due to some financial burden on society it is little bit late.an i think in 6 months you will see where this society stands
Dear in a few week may b 3 or 4. You may see the difference. Prices become high.because now they are going to announce the possession of some plots
