Can anybody guide about the exact location of Faisal Town (Phase-1 and Phase-2, if any)?
And what will be it's impact on (dead) E-18: Gulshan-e-Sehat?
Developers of gulshan sehat are very weak. But if faisal town is developed as it is dreamed and its prices as per new schedule ‚which is 80 lack for kanal‚ is accepted by market and plots are booked at this price then people will also look for near by options .
I feel there is lot of potential in E-18 due to price tag and also due to # of houses already there. It is just not only because of Faisal Town but also the small distance between the final boundary of F-17 and Phase 2 of E-18 (if you look it up on google maps). The prices are too low in comparison with F-17, Faisal Town F-18 and Fazia. It is exactly adjacent to D18 and prices are even lower than D18.
You can call my view biased as I recently invested there but my decision was influenced by the same assessment I mentioned above.

For what price did you get the plot and what dimensions?
It's actually proved a dead investment so far. And the number of constructed houses are too less, preventing any potential genuine buyer to stay away.
It is good option for residents of wah and taxila 30*60 at 14lac possesion ahead .
25-30 lacs for 50x90 - 25-32 lacs for 60x90. It is very close to Fazai and F-17 where the prices are really steep - 60+ for a 50x90.
MB Ali - you are right - roughly 28 houses and 2-3 commercial plazas are there at the moment.
