I have a flat in G-11/3 (Federal employees housing foundation). These are on Ibn e Sena Road. The categories are 700, 900 and 1100 sq feet. I have a flat of 900 sq feet. It has two bedrooms (one with attached bath), two bathrooms, a kitchen, a lounge and a store. The wonderful thing about it is that washrooms are approx 5x5 which is huge for a flat. Mine is on the third floor and it ranges from 3.5 to 3.8 million. The flats on the ground floor range from 5 to 5.5 million.
