I have a 35x 60 plot in i-14/4, in 1445 to 1450 series. Prices are standing still for last 2 to 3 years, and don't know when they are rising in future.
Given the situation i was wondering maybe i should sell i-14, and invest somewhere else like gulberg isb or any better option. Any option that may return me good within 3 years, on investing 55 to 60 lakh today.
What is the experts advice on this?
Keep the invest in i-14/4, same plot?
Sell the plot invest in gulberg?
Or any other better option that may return me best within three years?

Better to go for one plot in Gulberg and one in Bahria Enclave Islamabad.
You can also consider Faisal Town where the possession is expected in the last quarter of this year for Block A.

Could you also please advice in which sectors potentially should i invest in Gulrberg and in Enclave Isb.
What sizes? Given my budget is 55-60 lakh, could be flexible with upper limit maybe upto 70 lakh.
Also i have one plot in golf karachi 50 X 90, road 11, no 4. Do you know what is current price for this plot? What is your advice should i also sell it? And invest in gulberg or enclave isb. Don't see any rise in prices in golf karacch.
Also welcome answer from anybody else?
