Is it safe to invest in 1 Kanal plot in Aghosh Society, as the societies surrounding it like PWD, Soan and CBR have very high values and are getting out of the reach of the common man? What will the future of my investment and duration??

I asked a similar question as i was recommended by some dealers. It seems cheaper than other surrounding areas. Infrastructure and town planning is similar to Pakistan town, so its very poor town planning but nevertheless the prices have risen sharply even though their is no gas! Development appears to be average.
Any other people who would like to comment as I would like to buy a 1 kanal in this society also as its cheaper. The experts seem to recommend big brands but they are very expensive!
Why don`t you hire a legal adviser or property agent? It will be good for you to get rid of frauds. We are working as interior designer and construction company for several years. If you need our services in future then you are more than welcome.
