Despite being a blind follower of none,I wud like to say at least tht a vast majority of ppl in our country are doing things which are far beyond our ethical values but how many of them are donating their money for the good of common ppl like M.R.
What i appreciate most is that he has given the opportunity to mediocre families,to have a life that they could only dream of but never turn into reality.
Bahria is now being run under a proper management. The worst thing that can happen is that the projects get split up between siblings. Then we might end up with 2 or 3 types of Bahrias, so lets hope it does not happen and Bahria survives for the sake of people who live there and who have invested with them.

According to Bahria Town's current status, nothing bad should happen after him. But, in my view, people especially dealers will manipulate that incident because the problem does not always come from the circumstances in our country... The problem is with our mentality and our nation has learned how to manipulate and deviate big news for their own benefits.
There will definitely be a volatile change in the on-going projects of Bahria Town at that time... Later on, it would probably come to original state.
I don’t foresee any major problem. I cannot believe that a shrewd businessman like Malik Riaz would not have devised an appropriate strategy given that he is already ill. They might face some problems in future expansions, but existing projects will hopefully be fine.
Before his death… He should give possession of phase 8 plots to the owners.
