My question is when these two are completely developed.What price hike expected from 1kanal plot in these sectors after 5 to 7 years.
No one knows, no sign development so far, only litigations going on,
it will develop at some point in the future,
maybe 3-5 yrs could be 10, depends upon CDA's efficiency, remember I-11, I-12 etc Park Enclave 1(some part) and Park enclave 2 are still waiting for CDA to come and develop them...been many many many years
