I am thinking to buy a plot in F-17 (MPCH). I have a budget of around 4 million. I would highly appreciate your suggestions regarding F-17 and B-17. I can see many feedback about B-17 but nothing about F-17. So please suggest.
It is a very good investment. MPCHS is a very good developer, plus, you can not compare F-17 with B-17, access wise B-17 is going to be a much better sector, but F-17 is also very good as far as development and services are concerned.

Currently a good location plot of 30x 60 price is around 3.3 million to 3.6 ( level and good location plot. 35 x 70 depends on location good plot is around 4 to 4.2 million
