Future of I-11

Aoa: can anyone please comment on future of I-11/2 for residential and for investment purposes. How much its price has increased during the last 1-2 years?

Futrure of i-11 is very good. People are making house in i-11/2. Cda made plan to shift all plot i-11/1 to i-11/2

Thank you tahir sb. I could not understand how plots of i-11/1 are going to be shifted in i-11/2? Do you mean cda is going to revise the map of i-11/2 so that plots of i-11/1 could be adjusted?

Actually in i-11 there is wholesale vegetable market and slum residential areas of our afghan brothers (refugees). This is what makes it somewhat depressed. Otherwise it a great location…Touching both pindi and islamabad and also not short drive to new islamabad airport.

Cda wil creat new plot in i-11/2 and they wil shift plot from i-11/1 to i-11/2. Better to invest in i-11/1 but before series from 280 plot number because they r shifting in first phase 280 plot in i-11/2. You wil get cheap rate in i-11/1 as comepare to i-11/2 but after shifting you wil get same area benefit which is developed

Its a great location, near sabzi mundi,nescom hospital. Local aproach from pindi to islamabad, oposite metro. I m sure this sector wil cross i-10 and i-9 in future.

Thank you tahir sb for clarifying about shifting of plots from i-11/1 to i-11/2. This shifting would be then at the cost of the land earmarked for parks and schools i think. Am i right or cda has enough vacant space in i-11/2 to accommodate in it the plots of i-11/1? It looks like this shifting would clutter i-11/2 if the space of parks is used for shifted plots.

I think they will extend i-11/2 area to acomodate them. But they wil not remove park and school space to creat plot, its against the rule and regulation so pple may take action combine together in court for justice.Lets see how they handle.

Why don’t u consider i-15 for investment purposes?

Thank you mbs. I am concerned about finding a small plot to build a house. Investment is 2nd in priority. I-15 is not developed and i donot know how much more time it may take to get developed. Thats why im thinking about i-11.

Sir why dont u consider dha phase 2 if u want to buy a plot for construction purpose.As far as development of i-11 is concerned,track record of cda is visible to everyone.No sector has been developed for last 25 years. Cda is also facing financial crunch so in my view point future of cda is very much bleak.Just look at kashmir highway which is one of the most important project but the progress is very much poor.So go for developed sectors if u have that much budget otherwise i will say that go for dha 2.Rest is ur choice.

Sir why dont u go for dha phase 2 if u want to construct a house.Future of cda is very bleak as it is facing financial crunch due to bad governance and corruption.Track record of cda is visible to every one.They are not even able to complete the important projects in time e.G kashmir highway,d-12,e-12 etc. Cda is best at giving lollypops.In my view point it will take years and years to develop i-11.Rest is ur choice.

I personally think i-11 is not good for investment because currently there is no development in i-11 plus there are some serious concerns regarding law and order situation in the sector.Sir why dont u go for dha phase 2 sector j which has far better development.I personally think that cda is not capable enough to get the land of the sector vacated. Cda is just giving lollypops. Rest is ur choice.
