Future of I-15 Islamabad?

I have a 5 marla plot in i 15/2 street 29 which i bought 1.5 years ago but still prices are same even less .I need a sincere advise when can i expect a good return ? Should i wait or sale the plot as it is and invest some where else(i have budget of 3 to 3.5 million plus this plot)?.What will be impact on i 15 if islmabad air port will be functional by 2016

Development of I-15 can only bring returns for you which is not even a remote possibility. As it is not on the list of future planned projects by CDA. Past record suggests that it will take 5 To 7 years minimum for development. Once development will start prices will see good appreciation. It depends on your holding capacity. In long run, your investment will catch up.

Sir it is better to sale the property because if prices gone down then it is not sure that prices become good after some time.
