What will be the future of investors those who have been invested in mpchs residencia orchard scheme.
UI think multi residencia and orhards (ROS) Has good future. The scheme has beauitiful scenic view and good development standards. Recenly revise map issued with addition of small size plots. Rates are lowest possible level, hopefully rise with following if n buts
1-Development pace up there
2-A small scale house construction going to start soon.
3- B-17 MPCHS market improves and rates enter to positive zone of after 2013 level.
4-The populaton trend start up with interest of people of taxila/wah.
As these things are going to happen so ROS will hv good future ahead.
Multi projects future depend on Multi management.Once management serious with projects then all projects will rise.
