I had visited the place its really beautiful level compact , land near margalla hills surrounded by islamabad top sectors f-11, e-11, d12 , i want to investment there but want to know how long will it take , i have heard by some peoples that in this year the development will start ,and cda is getting pressure from allottes if somebody has information plz share
It is indeed a very beautiful location. But it is difficult to say anything about development. Cda is promising the court and the allotees for a long time but takes no practical steps. In the long term it is a very good investment.
One thing in interesting. In the last 3-4 months prices have jumped. Again some statement in the court by cda but where are the practical measures on the ground?
