Future Of Towns Not Approved By CDA e.g. Ghauri Town

First of all, I don't know why my previous thread is locked by admin? Moreover, experts like syed ibrahim, pk1, and mbs did not give a proper answer to many of the naive investors in this regard? Many of us have the same question, but they don't want to waste money and time if it is not worth.

What you say about idea to construct a small house here (with the intention to sell it afterwards after 4-5 yrs and it will be on rent). I want to invest due to excellent location and cheap price (it might be less than 3-4 m pkr for 7 marla).

As you know that property prices are already rising and in 4-5 years you may earn huge returns inshaALLAH.....

I don't know much about Ghauri Town, but still if you are giving 4-5 years to your property to mature, then I hope it will prove fruitful InshaALLAH....

I have visited this Ghouri Town, a number of times. At this moment it is in very good shape. There is extreme commercial / residential constructions going on. Prices are also increasing steadily.
