The news is 100% correct and affectes are demolishing their buildings and money is released by the Govt, 30% can be collected before demolishing and 70% after the demolition is completed and report issues by the committee.
However, affectees are issued plots against the BUP in Sector G15/3 which is not developed by CDA and they think CDA is not going to develop it as most of it will be given to the affectees of G14. There will be another case is high court soon to force CDA to start development in Sector G15/3 before they start work in G14. Affectee are also legit is doing that as CDA in the past have not given plots to affectees even after giving them letters at the time of possession of their land.

What about 2&1 sub-sectors?
Same applies to sub sectors 2 & 1. However, I still think possession is more than a year away.
