Which is better investment for 2 years time?
1: 30x60 in G-15
2: 35x80 in G-16

If you mean possession area of G-16, then bot are good options. But
35x80 is a much better size for comfortable living. I prefer second option.
Yes, I am considering possession area of G-16. But the issue is the available plots of G-16 in market are not having good location. Mostly these plots are near to village. Is it wise to invest in these plots? Possession plots of 35x80 are few in number, so may I assume that these plots may gain more?
30*60 G-15. Reason access and location of G-15 is much better despite G-15 carrying a higher price tag. I recently visited G-16/4 and there is nothing much exciting about it if you compare it against G-15. Second these societies are very slow in delivering results so don’t expect after investing that you would start to see results within an year onward. Invest on ground realities, do not bet on the future!
