1- I need your advice to invest about 5 to 5.5 million. Should I buy a single storey 30x60 house in G-15? If yes, which sub sector, please?
2- Or any other better option?
3- What price range in G-15 for 30x60 single storey house? Corner? Non corner?

If you have any option in G-15 in your budget I think so it's wise to buy in your budget as a level plot price with good location is now a days 35 to 37 lac in G-15 and then you need another 2 or 2.1 million to construct a single story on it so if you are buying any single story home in that range then in my opinion its good. G-15/2 is the most expensive one in 4 sub sectors.
Generally market price is around 6 million in G-15 for a single storey home.

It depends like G-13 is more valuable as it's near to main sectors of Islamabad plus its a govt housing scheme on the other hand in G-15 you will get a better plot size and better accommodation approx distance between G-13 and G-15 is 4 km.

OK thanks. In G 15 I can't find a single storey 30x60 house in 5.5 million. Some friend suggested a 30x60 double storey house in Jinnah Garden or Pak town. What do you advise?

Sorry for late reply was not available. In G-15 you can't find a ready home in that price however you can construct it around that price. You can get a plot level best location plot around 35 lac and then you need another 22 lac for construction so in 55 to 60 lac you can construct your own single story home which will be much better then a build house plus Jinnah Garden and other options.
