Al Ghurair Giga has recently announced the Giga Mall Extension project. The developer will set up a new building adjacent to the existing Giga Mall in Islamabad. It has also announced the pre-launch booking for this new project.
The developer has revealed that the Giga Mall Extension building would span across 14.5 kanals and have 30 storeys. The first three floors of this building will also connect to the original Giga Mall. It will also feature its own separate mosque, food court, and restaurants.
In the pre-launch booking of the Giga Mall Extension project, only shops located up to the 7th floor will be available for booking. There is a down payment of 25% with the remaining amount payable in 16 quarterly instalments. The developer is also offering monthly instalments.
While the launch date is yet not be announced (expected in September), the developer plans to complete the Giga Mall Extension in four years.
