I had my computer business in the lower ground shop and know the owner personally. He is a good person from a " parsi" family. Asking price is 1 crore and 20 lacs and plaza is fully rented at 72, 000 per month.
I posted without the permission of the owner as He Wanted to sell to my brother as my bro was his renter in basement shop.
