I have 14-15 lacs, and i want to buy a shop in islamabad which should give me a monthly rent of 75-80,000 round about.
At which place should i buy?
Should i be able to buy somewhere in dha?

For reasonable rental income you have to increase your budget to 25-30 lacs at least. You might find some basement shop in DHA. Even this will not give 75 lacs income.
I heard some shops in DHA 1 are due for possession and the cheapest option can be fetched for around 70-80 lacs but in terms of rental i think it may give a max of 50k a month
